CENTRAL BANK
OF HONDURAS

Concept elements for a new series of banknotes. The images presented here are just four elements featured on one side of one banknote - the entire series consisted of nine unique designs.

Although just four cropped images images are presented here, they demonstrate how a central theme or logo is often transformed across a single banknote design, using a range of print technologies and design methods.

Clockwise from top left: the central bank’s original logo, a water mark design, a magnetic ink version, and a design seen only under UV light.
